Thank you for submitting your application to the International Board of Healing. We're honored that you've chosen to pursue the Holistic Healer Certified (HHC) designation, and we look forward to reviewing your candidacy with the care and attention it deserves.

Your Board Review Journey

Step 1 — Application Confirmation (Today) You'll receive a confirmation email within the next few minutes containing your application reference number and a copy of the IBOH Code of Ethics for your records.

Step 2 — Documentation Review (Days 1–5) Our review team will examine your application materials, including your training background, modality, and practice information. If we need any additional documentation or clarification, we'll contact you directly by email.

Step 3 — Board Review (Days 5–12) Your complete application is presented to the IBOH credentialing team for formal review against our professional and ethical standards.

Step 4 — Decision & Notification (Days 12–15) You'll receive an email with the outcome of your review. Most applications are decided within 10–15 business days of submission.

Step 5 — Credential Issuance (Upon Approval) If approved, you'll immediately receive:

  • Your HHC digital certificate

  • The official IBOH Board-Certified seal (high-resolution files for web and print)

  • Your activated listing in the IBOH Global Practitioner Directory

  • Welcome materials for the IBOH practitioner community

  • Permission to use the "HHC" post-nominal letters in all professional contexts

Refund Policy If your application is not approved, you are eligible for a partial refund as outlined in our Terms of Service. Full details are included in your confirmation email.
